Do we need Tempo licences on top of our Jira licences?

Yes. Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Planner are separate licences purchased from Tempo. As an Atlassian Solution Partner, Design Industries can advise you on the right Tempo products for your team size and use case. We walk through all licensing considerations during your Capacity Health Check.

How long does a Tempo implementation take?

Implementation timelines vary depending on team size, the complexity of your Jira environment, and your leadership's reporting requirements. We scope all engagements during the initial Capacity Health Check before recommending a delivery approach.

Can this be delivered within the Digital Factory?

Yes. Tempo implementation is a natural Pillar 3 strategic improvement within Design Industries' Digital Factory. Existing Digital Factory clients can draw on their prepaid hours to scope, configure, and optimise Tempo as part of their ongoing partnership with DI.

Is Tempo only for Atlassian Cloud?

Tempo is available for Jira Cloud. If your organisation is on Data Center or Server, we can discuss your migration pathway to Cloud as part of the Capacity Health Check, as Tempo's full capability set is delivered in the Cloud environment.
