Stuck on AI? Start with advice, not a quote.

AI Advisory is a free readiness session and a handful of practitioner tickets from the team that runs Claude, Rovo, Copilot and n8n in production every day. Bring us the thing you're stuck on. We'll fix it, or tell you honestly what it would take.

Two-hour readiness session
Five advisory tickets, under an hour each
A 30-day window
No cost. No obligation. One per organisation.

One AI programme. Start where you are.

Every DI AI engagement runs on the same ladder, and you can step on at any rung. Most teams start with Advisory and move into AI Fast Start once there's a clear case for it.

Step 0 · Self-serve

AI Fast Start

One proven process on the platform you already use, whether that's Copilot, Rovo, Claude or a custom build. Guardrails in place, agents built, people using them.

Step 3 · Ongoing

Digital Factory

Our managed partnership. We run and grow your platform with you, so every improvement compounds.

Pillar 1Licensing optimisation
Pillar 2Platform support
Pillar 3Strategic improvements

Already a Digital Factory client? Your AI questions go through platform support as usual. AI Advisory is for teams we haven't worked with yet.

Two things. Both free.

Advisory is deliberately small. Enough to prove we can unblock real work, not enough to replace a proper engagement.

AI readiness session

2 hrs

A structured working session with a DI practitioner, followed by a one-page readiness summary written for your decision-maker.

  • Where you are now: tools, licences and what people are already doing with AI
  • What you're trying to achieve, in your words
  • Two or three concrete use cases in your own workflow, ranked by value and effort
  • What those use cases would take on the platform you already use
  • A recommended next step, which may be "do nothing yet"

Advisory tickets

5

Five requests, each under an hour of practitioner time, used any time in the 30 days after your session. Raised through our service desk and worked by the people who build this for a living.

  • A broken n8n, Zapier or Make workflow that needs a practitioner's eye
  • A Claude, Rovo or Copilot "how do I" that the documentation didn't answer
  • A prompt, skill or agent you'd like reviewed before it goes near real data
  • A vibe-coded build that's stuck and you can't see why
  • Whether the tools you already have can do a specific job
OVER AN HOUR?

We stop, tell you, and quote it before anything is charged. Most of the time that's an AI Fast Start. Sometimes it's a small fix we'll price on its own. Either way, there's no surprise invoice at the end of Advisory.

Things people bring us.

Typical requests, in the words teams use. If yours looks like one of these, you're in the right place.

"Copilot's turned on for everyone and nobody's using it."

The readiness session finds the three workflows where it'll land, and we set up the first one together.

Copilot · adoption

"Our Rovo agent answers confidently and wrongly."

Knowledge source scoping and an instruction review. Usually a Confluence permission or a stale space.

Rovo · agent review

"I built a Claude project for proposals and it's drifted."

An audit of the project instructions and knowledge files. Often one file is doing the damage.

Claude · project

"n8n worked for a month, then silently stopped."

Credential expiry, a rate limit or a changed API shape. We diagnose it and repoint it.

n8n · workflow

"Legal wants a policy before we touch any of this."

We walk through what an AI acceptable-use position needs to cover and share our template.

Governance

"What would this cost us per month, honestly?"

Licence modelling for your headcount and use case, so the number is real before anyone commits.

Licensing

From application to next step in 30 days.

What we fixed, what we found and what we'd recommend next. An AI Fast Start quote if there's a case for one. No pressure if there isn't.

Who it's for, and who it isn't.

We qualify every application. Not to be exclusive, but because Advisory only works when there's a real problem and someone who can act on the answer.

Advice from people who ship it.

Every answer you get through Advisory comes from someone who built the same thing for DI first.

100+

Agents and skills in our own register

Our team in Melbourne, Manila, Cebu and Pune runs Claude, Rovo, Copilot and MCP-connected agents in daily operations. Advisory draws on that, not on slide decks.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it free?
Because it's how we'd want to be sold to. A readiness session and a few fixes cost us about a day of a practitioner's time, and enough teams go on to an AI Fast Start for that to work. If you don't, you still leave with your problem solved and a straight answer about what's next.
What counts as "under an hour"?
A single, bounded request a practitioner can diagnose and resolve in one sitting: a credential fix, a prompt review, a configuration question. If we open it up and it's bigger, we stop within the hour, tell you what we found and quote the rest. Nothing is charged without your say-so.
Can I use all five tickets on one problem?
Yes, if each one is a separate under-an-hour step. In practice, if a problem needs five hours it's a project, and we'd rather scope it properly than drip-feed it.
What happens to unused tickets?
They expire at day 30. Advisory is a sprint, not a retainer. If you want ongoing access to a practitioner, that's what Digital Factory is for.
Do you need access to our systems?
For some tickets, yes, and we'll ask for the minimum: a guest seat, a shared screen or a copy of the workflow. For the readiness session, no. We work under our standard confidentiality terms.
We already buy Atlassian licences through DI. Does this apply?
If you're on Digital Factory, raise your AI questions through platform support as usual; you don't need Advisory. If you buy licences through us but aren't on Digital Factory yet, you're eligible.
What if the honest answer is "don't do this yet"?
Then that's the answer you'll get, in writing, in your readiness summary. We'd rather lose an AI Fast Start than put an agent into an organisation that isn't ready for it.
