How long does a JPD implementation take?
Most implementations take 2–4 weeks. This includes process mapping, configuration, Jira Software integration, training, and migration of existing roadmaps. Simpler setups can be faster; complex multi-product portfolios may take longer.
Do we need Jira Software to use JPD?
JPD works best when connected to Jira Software for delivery tracking, that's the key differentiator. If you're not using Jira Software yet, we can implement both together or help you plan a phased approach.
Can we migrate our existing roadmaps and ideas?
Yes. We migrate ideas, roadmaps, and prioritisation data from spreadsheets, ProductBoard, Aha!, and other tools. Migration includes restructuring for JPD's model, not just a data dump.
