Which track do we start with?

Can we run both tracks at the same time?
Yes, and this is the recommended approach. The Business Track and Technical Track are designed to run in parallel across the same 2–3 week window. Business teams and engineering teams each follow their own delivery stream simultaneously. No waiting. No sequencing. Everyone is productive from the same start date.
What do we need to have in place before starting?
Active Claude licences are the primary requirement. Beyond that, we handle the rest: governance setup, access configuration, surface activation, and integration architecture are all part of the engagement. How do you handle sensitive data and security?
Security and governance is established in Week 1, before anything else goes live.
