Which AI platforms does AI Fast Start cover?
Microsoft Copilot, Atlassian Rovo, Anthropic's Claude, and custom builds using MCP for systems outside the major vendor stacks. We don't steer you to a platform. We work with the one you already use and run the same process on it.
Do we need specific AI products already licensed?
AI Fast Start works on the licences you already hold: Microsoft Copilot, Atlassian Rovo or Claude. For custom builds, we scope the technical prerequisites in discovery.
Is there a minimum team size for AI Fast Start?
No minimum. What matters is whether the work the agent handles is repeatable and frequent enough to be worth automating, which we scope in discovery. The governance and security baseline from your first engagement carries across to any later work.
What if security approval takes longer than expected?
Security is built into Step 1 of the methodology, so your governance team is engaged from the first week rather than at deployment. Data policies, access controls, and API key management are established before any agent goes live. For organisations with longer approval cycles, we can run Steps 1 to 4 in parallel with internal review, compressing the overall timeline without compromising the security baseline.
