Can we upgrade or downgrade our tier mid-way through the engagement
Yes. We understand that requirements can change over time. You can move to a higher or lower tier subject to a mutual agreement and an updated Statement of Work (SoW) reflecting any rate or hours adjustments.
Can we have a dedicated resource assigned to our account?
In most tiers, you’ll have a designated Engagement Lead or Account Manager. Larger clients often request a named Atlassian Engineer or Consultant for deeper technical collaboration. This can be arranged based on availability and tier.
